Corner Kits ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Corner Kits order portal (the "Service") for ordering custom sublimated apparel. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Service, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

We collect the information you provide when you build and submit an order:

• Contact & business details: your name, team or company name, email address, and phone number.
• Delivery details: shipping address, or your choice of local pickup.
• Order & roster details: the products you select and, for each team member, the information the order requires — such as last name (optional), number, garment fit, sleeve, and sizes.
• Uploaded designs: the artwork or final design image you attach to your order.
• Order records: order totals, status, and related notes.

We do not collect or store raw payment card numbers. When online payment is offered, card and financing details are handled directly by our payment providers (see below) and are never stored by us.

2. How we use your information

• To create, price, produce, and fulfill your order.
• To communicate with you and with our manufacturing partner about your order.
• To generate order paperwork (such as a roster sheet) and, where applicable, invoices.
• To provide order tracking and to let you edit your roster within the allowed window.
• To keep business records and to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

3. Service providers we share information with

We share information only as needed to run the Service, with providers that process data on our behalf:

• Airtable — stores our customer, order, and roster records.
• Google (Gmail) — used to prepare order emails to our production partner.
• Intuit (QuickBooks / QuickBooks Payments) — used to create invoices and, when enabled, to process payments. Card data is handled by Intuit, not by us.
• Render — cloud hosting for the Service (United States).
• Our manufacturing partner — receives the order details and design needed to produce your apparel.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Rosters and team members

Orders are typically submitted by a team or organization contact who provides roster information (such as names, numbers, and sizes) for their members, including in some cases youth players. If you are a team or organization, you are responsible for having the appropriate authority to provide that information to us for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

5. Data retention

We keep order and business records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, and meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations. You may request deletion of your information as described below, subject to records we are required to keep.

6. Your choices and rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at sales@cornerkits.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold, including keeping service credentials on our secured backend rather than in the browser. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Cookies and local storage

The Service uses browser storage and a login session cookie (for the private owner dashboard) to make the app function — for example, to remember an in-progress order or keep an owner signed in. It does not use these for advertising.

9. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for use by businesses and team or organization representatives, not by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and we will update the "Last updated" date above.
